HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER?
No, you do not have to. You can place an order even without creating an account.
Registering on our site, however, offers some advantages:
- You can monitor your orders and see your past purchases,
- You can save your shipping address and credit card details to buy more quickly the next time.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?
To create a new password, click on “Forgot Password” on your account page. You will receive a new password via e-mail.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay the price of the products and related delivery costs by PayPal, credit card (mastercard, visa, american express, master) and bank transfer.
IF I CHOOSE TO MAKE A BANK TRANSFER, WHAT SHOULD I REPORT?
The reporting object on the bank transfer must contain the following data: your name, surname and order number.
I AM BUYING A GIFT, DO YOU HAVE GIFT PACKAGES?
To us every purchase is a gift, that is why we pack all your orders carefully: each bikini is wrapped in a light tissue paper and shipped in a Kinda 3D Swimwear branded box, which by the way is also perfect to store your bikini.
If you are buying a gift, report it in the “Is it a gift?” section at the end of your purchase, we will also send you a Kinda 3D Swimwear shopping bag.
By the way, we do not use plastic, but only paper and cardboard! We like to recycle and we want you to be able to do it as well.
WHAT ARE THE TIME AND COSTS OF DELIVERY?
We ship all your orders via DHL Express Courier, you will receive your package within 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Shipping is FREE for all orders, and may exclude extra-costs for islands and remote areas.
If you are paying via bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after verifying that they have been credited to the company’s current account. If the transfer is not received within 48h, the order is automatically canceled.

SHOULD I BE PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Yes, at the time of delivery your presence is required or that of one of your representative or trusted person, to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise compliant with the standard characteristics of the same. Any disputes regarding the non integrity of the packagings and their quantity must be immediately raised to the courier; in the absence of these, the products are considered delivered correctly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE DELIVERY MY ORDER?
If at the time of delivery no one is present, the Courier will leave a paper notice with indications on the nearest collection point where to collect your order. The products will remain at the collection point for a total of 10 days within which you are required to collect the package. After this time the products will be returned to Kinda 3D Swimwear. Kinda 3D Swimwear will refund the value of the order, withholding any shipping costs and the costs incurred for the return of the Products to the Company.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When the courier picks up your order at our warehouses, you will receive a secure notification to the e-mail address or telephone number indicated on the order form, and with a few steps you can track your order from your Kinda account.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED?
Yes, you have 15 days from receiving the order to change your mind and return the products purchased to Kinda Swimwear. You can find all the information on how to return your order on our Terms & Conditions page, art. 7 – Right of Return
IN CASE OF RETURN, WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?
Yes, as soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity we will refund you the full amount of the returned goods. Only the shipping costs will be at your expense.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering.
SIZES AND CARE OF PRODUCTS
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Our products are all made with soft microfiber, that’s why there are only three sizes S / M / L. Among these, we can guarantee that there is also yours!
CAN I WASH YOUR BIKINIS IN A WASHING MACHINE?
All Kinda Swimwear swimsuits and bodysuits are made with precious decorations and therefore deserve extreme care. For this reason we recommend you to handwash your bikini and to let it dry on a hanger.
CAN I GO SWIMMING WITH A BIKINI DECORATED IN LACE?
Sure! All our bikinis can be used in water. We recommend you to rinse your bikini with fresh water, after a bath in salty water.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE YOUR BIKINIS?
We recommend you to hang your Kinda bikini on an hanger or to store it in the box in which you received it. In this way the decorations will not crush or crumple. Anyway, in case of wrinkling, you just have to caress the decorations in the direction in which they were applied and leave your bikini on a hanger for a few hours.
